Delicious as they might taste, most regular desserts can cause you to gain significant weight and also to be vulnerable to various illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and diabetes. That’s why looking after what goes into your mouth and down into your stomach is so important. That does not mean, however, that if you want to live longer, you only have to stick to non-palatable food. There is absolutely no reason why you can’t still eat marvelous and great-tasting meals and desserts!
